I will always be and have always been a runner. I’ve never been able to run the fastest or the farthest of the people I know, but running is my heart. When every single day is a battle with anxiety, there’s nothing a good sweat can’t cure. Staying active has kept me going through the toughest of times. Here’s a selection of some races I’ve done, the races I have coming up, and other workouts and activities I enjoy!

How cool is this race bib scrapbook Mike’s mom got me for Christmas? I slide all of my bibs into the book and write down my times, PRs, and any milestones about the race below.
In the running community, the classic 50-stater is complete when you run a marathon in all 50 states. Will my knees last through 50 marathons in my life? Probably not. So, I’ve modified this bucket lister a bit – to simply run a race over 5K in all 50 states.
Since I also love to travel, you can also find some photos and posts from my more enjoyable hikes and activities across the US. A * indicates a race over 5K
